For event rental houses
RMSbase plans your gear, crew and vans in one place, refuses double bookings before they happen, checks cases out and back in from a phone, and turns the quote into the invoice.

What it runs
Built around how a rental house actually works: kit and people go out on dates, come back on dates, and nothing may be in two places at once.
Build a quote from your catalogue and ready-made packages. Every item is checked against every other job for the same dates, and a clash is stopped at the moment you add it, not discovered on the loading dock.
Multi-day rates · packages · live stockThe warehouse works from a phone. Tick cases onto the van, count them back in, and flag anything short or damaged. Broken gear goes into quarantine, so it can't be packed for the next job by accident.
Phone-first · shortages logged · quarantineBook technicians and vehicles on the same job as the gear. If a person or a van is already somewhere else, the booking is refused rather than quietly flagged for someone to notice later.
People · vehicles · no overlapsQuotes, delivery notes and invoices come out as clean PDFs with your branding. Change a job and regenerate: every earlier version is kept, so you always know what the client was sent. Invoices export to your accounting software.
Versioned PDFs · invoice exportWhy it exists
RMSbase started as the system our own event rental company in Estonia needed: sound, light and stage equipment, the crew who run it and the vans that carry it. It is used on real jobs, by the people who load the trucks.
